Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle (BFFM) is written by natural bodybuilder Tom Venuto.  As the title suggests, its aim is to show people how to actually gain muscle while losing weight.

Here are my results. I followed BFFM for the final 8 weeks of my 12 week transformation after having little changes for the first 4 weeks. For supplementation  I used EAS Whey protein and MRP shakes for this transformation.
